Executive Support Professional

We are seeking an experienced Executive Support Professional to join our team at PSG Global Solutions Careers. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations and providing high-quality administrative support to the Property Manager and management staff.

Responsibilities:
- Support the administrative needs of the Property Manager and management staff, ensuring accuracy and quality in all documents and communications.
- Use various software packages to produce documents, presentations, charts, and graphics.
- Organize and gather required data as needed, handling all documents with confidentiality.
- Manage departmental mailings, correspondence, and telephone contacts in a professional manner.
- Set up and maintain accurate files and records for easy access by staff.
- Greet visitors, screen calls, and schedule appointments.
- Organize meetings, prepare agendas/minutes, and monitor supplies.
- Assist in budget preparation and processing invoices for accuracy and timeliness.
- Answer telephones promptly and provide general support to the Property Manager and staff.

Requirements:
- High School Diploma/GED required
- 3 years experience in clerical and administrative support
- Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, with a typing speed of 75 wpm
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Reliable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented with excellent communication abilities
- Knowledge of property management and affordable housing programs preferred
Estimated salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year.
