Job Summary

The Client Service Representative is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to policyholders of Property & Casualty insurance. This includes answering questions, interpreting policies, explaining coverage, and resolving concerns. The ideal candidate will act as a liaison between the customer and insurance companies, promoting opportunities and resolving concerns while delivering a tailored, white-glove experience to all clients.

Responsibilities
  • Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Answer questions, interpret policies, explain coverage, and resolve concerns for policyholders.
  • Liaise with Insurance Companies: Act as a liaison between customers and insurance companies to answer questions, promote opportunities, and resolve concerns.
  • Upsell and Cross-Sell: Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell existing clients.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Effective Telephone Etiquette: Demonstrate effective and precise telephone etiquette.
  • Customer Service Experience: Possess 1+ years of customer service experience.
  • Attention to Detail: Exhibit excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work well independently and on a team.
  • Communication Skills: Possess precise verbal and written communication skills.
  • Fast-Paced Environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Attributes
  • Bachelor's Degree: Possess a Bachelor's degree or 1+ year(s) of relevant sales experience.
