The Client Service Representative is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to policyholders of Property & Casualty insurance by answering questions, interpreting policies, explaining coverage, and resolving concerns. The Client Service Representative will act as a liaison between the customer and insurance companies to answer questions, promote opportunities, and resolve concerns.

- Property & Casualty license
- Effective and precise telephone etiquette
- 1+ years of customer service experience

- Ability to work well independently and on a team
- Precise verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to deliver a tailored, white-glove experience to all clients
