Retail Customer Service Representative

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional customer service to members, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Operate cash registers, process transactions, and maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
• Maintain a positive attitude, greeting and thanking members, and promoting a culture of excellence within the team.
• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple tasks and responsibilities while maintaining a high level of productivity.
Requirements:
• 1+ year of retail experience, preferably in a customer-facing role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with members, colleagues, and management.
• Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a cash register.
