About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Team Lead to join our team at McDonald's Corporation. As a Shift Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading shifts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining high-quality food and service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead shifts and ensure seamless operations
- Monitor performance and take corrective action when necessary
- Communicate effectively with team members and management
- Ensure compliance with McDonald's standards and policies
- Manage inventory, scheduling, and training
Requirements:
- Previous leadership experience in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
