Job Description

OP2 Labs, a leading consumer goods company, is seeking a highly experienced Sales Director to lead and manage our sales team to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Sales Strategy: Create and execute a retail and medical sales strategy to achieve revenue growth and meet sales targets.
  • Lead and Manage Sales Team: Provide guidance, coaching, and support to drive performance and lead the sales team to success.
  • Build and Maintain Client Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners, including negotiating contracts and resolving any issues or concerns.
  • Identify New Business Opportunities: Identify new business opportunities and oversee the development and execution of sales plans and initiatives.
  • Analyze Sales Data and Market Trends: Analyze sales data and market trends to develop sales forecasts and strategic recommendations.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, IT, and operations to ensure alignment and execution of sales strategies.
  • Provide Regular Reporting: Provide regular reporting and updates to senior management on sales performance and market trends.
  • Plan and Develop Sales Budgets: Plan and develop sales budgets and sales team compensation and commission plans.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 8 Years of Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in medical sales, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets.
  • Prior Sales Leadership Experience: Prior experience in a sales leadership role with documented success managing and developing a sales team.
  • Forecasting and Budgeting: Ability to forecast, plan, and budget for a growing sales organization.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the consumer goods industry, preferably with experience in selling into medical facilities.
  • Sales Strategies and Techniques: Extensive knowledge of sales strategies and techniques, with the ability to develop and implement effective sales plans.
  • Communication and Negotiation Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
  • Analytical Mindset: Analytical mindset, with the ability to analyze sales data and market trends to make strategic recommendations.
  • Self-Motivation and Results-Oriented: Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Technical Acumen: Strong technical acumen preferred.
