I-2-I Solutions, Inc. operates as a government contractor, delivering a range of professional services to governmental clients, including water quality monitoring, business support services, and facility maintenance.

Logistical Information:

  • On-Site Location: Birmingham, AL
  • Travel Requirements: up to 50%
  • Compensation Range: $60,000 - $65,000

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, implement, and supervise service inspections and testing to ensure quality and compliance with contractual obligations and client expectations.
  • Support operations by tracking, documenting, and reporting on quality metrics.
  • Investigate service quality concerns and ensure timely resolution.
  • Develop or refine procedures for capturing, investigating, and documenting service-related complaints.
  • Oversee risk management protocols, maintain issue logs, and communicate findings to management.
  • Provide training and support to quality assurance team members on systems, policies, procedures, and core processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree is strongly preferred; equivalent certifications, training, or relevant experience may be considered.
  • A minimum of two years of experience in a Quality Control/Quality Assurance role within a service-oriented environment.
  • A strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in computer applications.
