About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Sales and Business Development Leader to lead our sales team at Elite Sourcing LLC. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, sales management, and customer relationship building.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales representatives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers and partners.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on sales performance.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the B2B sales process, excellent leadership and communication skills, and a high level of motivation and results orientation.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales and sales management.
  • Strong understanding of the sales process and sales management principles.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Compensation: $100,000 - $140,000 per year.
