WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Deliver exceptional customer service experiences to various group sizes
  • Increase sales and brand awareness of our client's products through product demonstrations and in-store promotions
  • Establish and develop strong retailer relationships on behalf of our client
  • Educate store associates and develop in-store relationships to drive sales and customer engagement
  • Maintain a professional demeanor while representing our client and BDS Connected Solutions
  • Ensure product functionality and displays are maintained while in-store
  • Complete administrative duties and reports accurately and in a timely manner

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

Experience and Education:

  • High School Degree or equivalent required, with experience in retail sales or equivalent preferred

Skills and Attributes:

  • Strong interest in technology and ability to quickly learn new products and features
  • Aptitude to quickly comprehend and exhibit product knowledge
  • Self-starter with a strong commitment to achieving weekly company sales goals
  • Desire to build successful relationships with our client, store management, and BDS personnel
  • Professional demeanor and excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Enthusiastic, outgoing, highly motivated, and persistent personality; organized with the ability to multi-task
  • Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
  • Detail-oriented when completing sales feedback and reports
  • Readily available access to a Windows-based PC with internet access and a smartphone (iPhone or Android)
