Role Summary:

The Part-Time Sales Associate will serve as the brand ambassador at our retail location. The primary responsibility is to deliver outstanding customer service while achieving sales targets through both retail and online platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive positive sales outcomes and enhance customer engagement with our diverse range of brands.
  • Ensure the store is organized, clean, and visually appealing while managing incoming shipments.
  • Handle outgoing online orders with precision, adhering to shipping standards.
  • Exhibit excellence in sales techniques, ensuring products align with customer needs while promoting additional sales opportunities.
  • Create a welcoming atmosphere for both team members and customers.
  • Represent our brands positively and constructively at all times.
  • Demonstrate teamwork and professionalism while on the retail premises.
  • Maintain a safe environment for all team members and customers.
  • Collaborate effectively with vendors and corporate partners.
  • Physical requirements include prolonged periods of walking, standing, and lifting up to 40 pounds.
  • Possess excellent verbal communication skills; proficiency in languages other than English is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively based on business needs.
