About the Role

This leadership position plays a critical role in driving business growth and increasing market share for top brands in Telecommunications, Clean Energy, Home Security, and Food & Beverage industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a high-performing team of sales consultants to achieve exceptional results.
  • Analyze sales pipelines and provide regular campaign updates to ensure data-driven decision making.
  • Identify and engage new potential accounts through individual sales efforts.
  • Oversee the sales pipeline's functionality from prospecting to closing sales.
  • Execute sales deliverables and generate new revenue through prospecting and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Stay current on industry trends and consumer buying activities.
  • Use strategic leadership to inspire change and drive performance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
  • At least 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, account management, or a client-facing position.
  • Leadership, mentorship, or coaching experience with a focus on building high-performance teams.
  • Ability to positively impact others' attitudes and influence change through compassion, empathy, and accountability.
  • Futuristic mindset with the ability to set realistic targets and achieve success.
  • Reputation for being decisive and working hard to achieve goals.
