As a Guest Service Associate at European Wax Center at South Lamar, you'll use your expertise to ensure every moment is an opportunity for confidence We seek a special person who can lead with care and integrity, is committed to delighting our guests and-of course-having fun while being awesome

We're Looking For:
  • Must have flexibility to meet shift requirements, be able to work flexible days/hours, including weekends.
  • Sales experience with a consistent track record of achieving sales goals.

Typical Total Compensation:
  • Total Compensation = Base Hourly Rate + Uncapped Commission Opportunity + Pay Period Bonus Opportunity + Monthly Bonus Opportunity
  • During Promotional Months for Wax Passes (4 Months of the Year): $22-$35 Total Average Hourly Rate
  • During Non-Promotional Months for Wax Passes (8 Months of the Year): $16-$24 Total Average Hourly Rate

Schedule:
  • Morning Shift: 8:30AM - 3:00PM
  • Evening Shift: 2:30PM - 9:30PM
  • Weekend Shift: 8:30AM - 6:30PM
