Job Overview

Zips Car Wash is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Assistant Site Manager to lead our team and deliver exceptional customer service. As a key member of our site operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, training and coaching team members, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome and engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Enroll and support customers in our Unlimited Wash Club
  • Ensure a thorough and enjoyable wash experience for all guests
  • Conduct daily preventative maintenance and equipment repairs
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Provide ongoing coaching and training to team members
Requirements
  • 1 year of experience in leadership or customer service
  • Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Preferred: Associate degree or higher in business or related field
