Key Responsibilities
  • Manage on-site teams, including schedules, progress, and resources
  • Create cost estimates for labor, supplies, and materials
  • Collaborate with clients and members of the management team
  • Coordinate materials and equipment delivery with vendors and suppliers
  • Create schedules for workers and subcontractors
  • Hire additional subcontractors and assign work accordingly
  • Maintain daily logs for the job site's operations and report to management
  • Implement cost-effective and efficient management techniques
