Construction Senior Project Manager

Overview
The Walsh Group, a fourth-generation family-owned business, is seeking an experienced Construction Senior Project Manager to join their team in Dallas, TX. This role offers the opportunity to work with a successful fast-growing company at the forefront of technology, committed to being the employer of choice to employees and the builder of choice to customers.
As a Construction Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning and implementing construction means/methods for all aspects of residential high-rise projects, schedules, productivity innovations, and site logistics in the Chicagoland area. You will also select field site personnel, monitor job costs and productivity on projects, and develop, monitor, and execute project construction plans and schedules.
Responsibilities:
- Project Planning and Coordination: Develop, implement, and maintain project schedules, resource allocation, and cost control.
- Talent Acquisition and Development: Select, train, and mentor field personnel to ensure they possess the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
- Quality and Safety Management: Demonstrate commitment to Walsh Safety and Quality programs, ensuring all projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to the highest standard of quality.
- Subcontractor Management: Coordinate all subcontractor activities, ensuring seamless integration with internal teams and timely completion of tasks.
- Close-out and Warranty: Oversee final inspections, deficiencies, warranty work, and site demolition, ensuring a smooth transition to the next phase.
- Client Communication: Collaborate with owners to ensure projects are built in accordance with contract documents, maintaining open communication throughout the process.
- Risk Management: Participate in development and review of work plans for major/high-risk activities, mitigating potential risks and ensuring project success.
Salary and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, generous vacation time, paid US holidays, company 401(k) matching contributions, flexible spending accounts, employee assistance program, commuter benefits, maternity leave policy, short and long-term disability insurance, term life and AD&D insurance, and more.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in construction project management.
- Basic computer skills preferred.
- Specific roles may require relocation.
