The Night Auditor is a critical role in the hotel's operations, responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial transactions, guest records, and hotel systems. Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Transactions: Balance and reconcile all financial transactions, including cash, credit card, and room charges.
  • Guest Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date guest records, including check-in/check-out information, room assignments, and special requests.
  • Hotel Systems: Ensure the proper functioning of hotel systems, including the property management system, point-of-sale system, and other software applications.
  • Security: Conduct regular security walks to ensure the safety and security of guests and hotel staff.
  • Communication: Maintain effective communication with guests, hotel staff, and management to resolve any issues or concerns.
  • Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or problems that may arise during the overnight shift.

Requirements
