Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a hotel or hospitality setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Basic math skills and ability to accurately process transactions
  • Ability to work a varied schedule, including evenings, nights, and weekends
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with hotel management software and systems
  • Knowledge of financial accounting principles and practices
  • Ability to analyze data and make recommendations for process improvements
