Position Summary

Grunt Style is in search of a Retail Sales Associate. This part-time role involves engaging with customers, processing transactions, organizing merchandise, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome customers as they enter the store.
  • Deliver an outstanding customer experience by informing them about promotions, new products, and sales opportunities.
  • Foster a lively and inviting atmosphere for customers.
  • Demonstrate the ability to handle multiple tasks while remaining attentive to customer needs and adaptable to business demands.
  • Provide assistance and support to customers as needed.
  • Drive sales through customer engagement, suggestive selling, and product expertise.
  • Exhibit enthusiasm and knowledge about all Grunt Style offerings.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet sales objectives.
  • Assist in organizing inventory, back stock, and replenishment efforts.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards and expectations.
  • Handle transactions, returns, and exchanges through the point of sale system.
  • Report to and take direction from the assigned supervisor.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Veteran status is preferred.
Work Environment

This role operates in a fast-paced and high-pressure retail environment. Flexibility in scheduling may be required based on management needs.

Physical Requirements

This position requires constant movement, communication, and standing for extended periods. Occasional bending, kneeling, and climbing may be necessary.

Hours of Operation

Availability to work various hours, including mornings, evenings, and weekends, is essential.
