Position Summary

The Client Support Specialist plays a crucial role in assisting customers by delivering valuable information, addressing inquiries, and managing complaints. As the primary point of contact for our clientele, you will ensure customer satisfaction with our products and services. Responsibilities include processing orders, making modifications, and escalating issues through various communication channels. Success in this role requires a professional demeanor and a strong customer service orientation.

  • Engage potential customers by responding to product and service inquiries; recommend additional products and services as appropriate.
  • Handle communications via email, live chat, phone calls, and in-person interactions with customers.
  • Maintain customer records by updating account details as necessary.
  • Resolve product or service issues by clarifying customer complaints, identifying the root cause, and selecting the most effective solution; expedite corrections or adjustments and follow up to ensure resolution.

Education and Experience Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in Customer Service or Call Center environments.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Proficient in using Google-based tools.
  • Able to navigate multiple software applications.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • High level of self-motivation, independence, and self-reliance.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on overcoming obstacles to achieve business objectives.

Work Environment

This position operates in a professional office setting. The role frequently utilizes standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and printers. The work environment can be dynamic and occasionally noisy due to interactions with other employees. Additionally, the role may involve managing stress when dealing with dissatisfied customers.

Physical Requirements

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. This includes prolonged periods of sitting and working on a computer or communicating via phone. The ability to stand and move to interact with other departments is necessary, as well as the occasional lifting of up to 35 lbs.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time role. Workdays and hours are flexible based on business needs, with at least one weekend day required.
