- Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule appointments based on welcome visit recommendations, consults, and support services within established service standards.
- Clinical Support: Review clinical recommendations for services, cost estimates, guidelines, and policies with families, ensuring a high level of understanding.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with Cortica departments to meet patient expectations, achieve quality outcomes, and build a patient-focused culture.
- Process Improvement: Participate in projects to improve client experience, providing insights and feedback on enrollment and scheduling best practices.
- Customer Service Experience: Two years of customer care experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey information in a clear, concise way.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in using software and systems, including electronic medical record systems and Microsoft Office products.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in a Human Services or related field (preferred).

The base pay range for this opening is $27.33, with compensation adjusted based on skill level, relevant experience, education level, and location.
