Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Criminal Paralegal to join The Rutherford Law Firm. This role will provide comprehensive support to our attorneys, enabling them to deliver exceptional results for their clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with clients and courts effectively
  • Conduct research to support legal proceedings, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness
  • Assist with client intakes, discovery appointments, and the drafting/reviewing of legal documents
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a criminal paralegal
  • Familiarity with legal research principles and techniques
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills

Salary Range: $65,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
