Criminal Law Advocate Wanted

We are looking for a skilled Criminal Law Advocate to join our team in Washington, DC.

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in federal criminal law and at least 1 year of relevant experience.

Our firm offers a competitive salary of $145,000 - $165,000 per year, based on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Represent clients in complex federal cases, such as white-collar crime, drug trafficking, conspiracy, or public corruption.
  • Conduct thorough legal research and analyze case law, statutes, and federal sentencing guidelines.
  • Draft and file legal documents with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Assist senior attorneys with negotiations of plea deals and diversion programs.
Requirements:
  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and active membership in good standing with the DC Bar.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in criminal defense, with a strong preference for federal criminal defense experience.
  • Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
