As a Child Development Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing engaging learning experiences that cater to the diverse needs and interests of the children
  • Maintaining open lines of communication with parents through regular updates and progress reports
  • Ensuring a safe and healthy learning environment by adhering to established protocols and guidelines

Key Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Early childhood coursework, CDA, or degree preferred
  • At least six months of experience working in child care, daycare, or preschool preferred
  • Fully vaccinated or undergo weekly COVID-19 testing
