Position Overview:
We are seeking skilled individuals for the role of Machine Set-Up Operator at PCS Technical Services. This position is essential for ensuring the efficient operation of our production line.

Shift Details:
1st Shift, 7:00am-5:30pm, Monday-Friday

Compensation:
Hourly Rate: $18.00-$21.00 (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute machine setups to facilitate the production of various products.
  • Operate filling machinery and related packaging equipment in accordance with established specifications.
  • Verify that all necessary product components are available prior to commencing production.
  • Work collaboratively with the production team to ensure all tasks are completed accurately.
  • Conduct quality control inspections to confirm adherence to product specifications.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, with a strong emphasis on safety protocols.
  • Maintain cleanliness of equipment and work areas post-production.
  • Properly dispose of waste and cleaning materials.
  • Complete and submit production-related documentation and calculations.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
  • Familiarity with equipment setup methodologies.
  • Capability to perform basic calculations and record data accurately.
  • Proficiency in using measuring and testing instruments.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to build relationships within the team.
  • Experience with packaging machinery is advantageous.
  • Self-motivated with a reliable work ethic.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; prior experience in warehouse or packaging environments is preferred.

Compensation Structure:
Pay is issued on a weekly basis.
