Job SummaryThe Outside Sales Representative will play a vital role in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients. You'll be the face of Ascend Staffing, bringing our brand to life with class and integrity, all while providing tailored solutions that meet our client's staffing needs.
About This OpportunityThis position involves frequent field travel, often up to several hours of driving per day, to conduct presentations, meetings, and build relationships with clients. The successful candidate will have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
Responsibilities- Buid and foster a network of leads within the designated territory.
- Generate and develop new prospect accounts.
- Use sales management software tools to track KPIs including sales calls made, number of prospect contacts made, and presentations given.
- Emphasize product/service features and benefits, quote prices, discuss credit terms, and prepare sales order forms and /or reports.
- Manage schedule efficiently with physical visits to prospects and clients.
- One year of B2B sales experience.
- Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm.
- Demonstrated ability to close deals and meet sales quotas.
- Solid experience in opportunity qualification, pre-visit planning, call control, account development, and time and territory management.
We offer a competitive salary of $43,000 - $58,000 plus commission, as well as a range of benefits, including performance-based bonus opportunities, health insurance, 401K, and more.
