Compensation Package:
As a Sales Agent Team Member, you will receive a competitive salary ($45,000 - $60,000 per year) plus commission/bonus structure, allowing you to earn unlimited income potential.
About the Role:
We seek an outgoing and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales Agent. You will be responsible for developing leads, scheduling appointments, identifying customer needs, and marketing appropriate products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day
- Must have General Lines Property and Casualty license
