IT Business Development Manager

We are seeking a talented and driven IT Business Development Manager to help us continue to grow our IT Staffing Services Business. This position is responsible for providing vision, leadership, coordination, and development of US IT Recruiting operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage recruiting teams to handle high-volume hiring for US staffing recruitment roles
- Develop and lead a winning team
- Collaborate effectively with the US Team to achieve stated objectives and goals
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Ability and experience in selling staffing services to existing clients
- Strong qualities of leadership, strategic resource planning, business strategy, stakeholder management, creative / lateral thinking, process orientation, problem solving, and crisis management
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in management, engineering, or other relevant field from a reputed institution
Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
