Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the sales framework and operational systems, ensuring compliance with budgetary guidelines and sales KPIs.
2.

Lead and manage initial and ongoing sales initiatives, collaborating with the corporate marketing team on long-term strategies.

3. Collaborate closely with the fitness manager in your territory.
4. Evaluate and monitor the performance of all studio staff in conjunction with the fitness manager.
5. Ensure compliance with OTF Business Policies in daily studio operations.
6. Supervise the hiring, training, and scheduling of all OTF studio personnel with support from regional managers.
7. Responsible for recruiting and onboarding new OTF staff members.
8. Mentor and train the team for ongoing success and future advancement.
9. Drive promotional efforts and direct sales through the required outreach program.
10. Cultivate a high-energy culture through sales competitions and incentive-based motivation.
11. Demonstrate all studio activities through active participation (leading by example).
12. Ensure OTF branding is consistent and maintained in all actions.
13. Empower, monitor, and evaluate the specific responsibilities of both sales and fitness teams.
14.

Co-facilitate monthly staff meetings with fitness leadership to discuss the upcoming month's fitbook and review monthly sales objectives, goals, events, and marketing strategies.

15. Attend weekly meetings with Regional Managers to report on activities and progress.
16. Manage disciplinary actions involving all OTF studio personnel.
17.

Audit staff time clocks weekly and ensure timely submission of studio payroll bi-weekly, maintaining compliance and integrity.

18.

Meet performance metrics (KPIs), grow the member base, manage revenue, oversee ordering, inventory, cost controls, and facility upkeep (with close assistance from Regional Managers & Owner).

19. Conduct annual performance reviews for OTF staff.
20. Enforce OTF corporate policies, business practices, systems, and processes.
21. Deliver and uphold the highest standard of customer service.
22. Make effective decisions regarding customer service matters.
