Position Overview:

As a Facilities Operations Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Facilities Manager in the seamless execution of services that ensure the effective operation and maintenance of the property.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Relationship Management: Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients to support their corporate real estate objectives.

2. Service Delivery: Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through the delivery of Facilities Management services.

3. Compliance and Standards: Uphold compliance with operational policies and procedures, ensuring adherence to audit standards.

4. Performance Monitoring: Regularly assess Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to identify areas for improvement.

5. Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the account team to implement best practices and drive performance excellence.

6. Administrative Support: Assist in managing work orders and vendor relationships, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices.

Qualifications:

- A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
