Construction Site Manager

We are excited to announce a career opportunity for a Construction Site Manager to join a prominent organization, Tad PGS.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the intricacies of each contract to proactively address any concerns with clients and/or the installation crew (subcontractors) to ensure adherence, effective execution of potential additional work, and follow-up on invoicing.
  • Act as the primary liaison for all communications with clients and installation subcontractors throughout the contract execution phase.
  • Document daily progress of installations on-site, secure necessary approvals for potential additional work, and validate timesheets for hourly contracts.
  • Enhance project flow on-site, improve cost management, and address contingencies with subcontractors.
  • Manage and supervise the installation team and subcontractors on-site.
  • Ensure smooth operations on-site and devise solutions to resolve any issues that may arise with equipment, clients, subcontractors, or the installation team.
  • Provide quality communication to maintain satisfaction among all parties involved (clients, subcontractors, and partners).
  • Conduct on-site inspections and commissioning up to certification or attestation with local authorities.
  • Maintain proactive communication with clients, subcontractors, and/or installers.
  • Control costs associated with installation processes and subcontracting to uphold the profitability of installation contracts.
  • Coordinate and manage all items (equipment rental, cranes, trolleys, etc.) related to installation and ensure the smooth execution of contracts on-site.
  • Offer client support and on-site training as needed.
  • Provide real-time, accurate feedback to the Installation Manager regarding the progress of installations on-site by communicating relevant information for documentation of meeting reports and contract follow-ups.
  • Engage in post-project evaluations with the team and contribute to the continuous enhancement of processes.
  • Take relevant readings on-site and prepare progress reports.
  • Acquire comprehensive knowledge about various products to better assist clients with their projects.
  • Organize and coordinate travel (local and international) by optimizing costs and schedules.
  • May be required to perform warranty services during the first year.
  • Participate in equipment testing prior to delivery when possible.
Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
