At Saxon Global, we are seeking a highly skilled Network Security Specialist to join our team. As a Network Security Specialist, you will be responsible for the installation, operation, administration, and optimization of various security platforms, including Check Point Secure Gateways, Cisco FirePower, and F5 Application Delivery Controllers.
Key Responsibilities
Perform security vulnerability scans and desirable experience with Tenable io/sc.
Conduct packets capture interpretation and analysis to conduct forensic analysis and/or identify performance issues.
Develop design criteria for testing of new technologies, coordinating with engineering/operations/management to meet project milestones.
Respond to, diagnose, and resolve technical issues related to Internet delivery systems.
Monitor performance and health check status of Network Security appliances and platforms supporting Cybersecurity operations.
Provide technical assistance to internal departments and organizations.
Requirements
Cisco experience is required.
Strong understanding of security protocols and technologies.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work in a team environment and provide technical assistance to internal departments and organizations.
