As a Client Engagement Specialist, you will play a crucial role in our organization, being the initial and final point of contact for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Exhibit a strong customer service orientation with a commitment to serve, creatively solve problems, and cultivate robust relationships
  • Engage in phone sales and customer service
  • Welcome and check-in participants
  • Develop strategies for customer engagement
  • Manage customer stewardship tasks, including mailings, spreadsheet oversight, and packet preparation
  • Availability primarily during evenings and weekends

Qualifications:

  • A positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Customer service focused, organized, efficient, and optimistic
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Capability to assist in the setup and breakdown of various events
