Job Summary

The Manager II NPG is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of assigned NCH Physician Group Outpatient Physician offices. This role requires a strong leader who can oversee the recruitment, selection, training, and performance evaluation of office staff, while also supporting physicians and other providers in the office setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of assigned practices/ancillary departments.
  • Assume responsibility for personnel management and staffing of assigned practices/ancillary departments.
  • Ensure practice/departmental operations adhere to applicable operational policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Ensure practice/departmental operations demonstrate the highest level of customer service.
  • Analyze and oversee all operations, procedures, and processes applicable to assigned practices/departments.
  • Ensure practices/departments maintain compliance with applicable regulatory agencies.
  • Promote effective marketing of practices/departments through various internal and external efforts.
  • Develop, oversee, and manage practice/departmental budgets.
Requirements
  • Minimum of Bachelor's Degree in business or healthcare administration.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in healthcare management, preferably in a physician practice setting.
  • MGMA certification or actively enrolled in program and completed within 1 year in position.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, oral, and writing communication skills.
  • Exemplary leadership qualities.
