Job Summary:

Your Role:
As a Senior Attorney, you will work closely with our Sourcing team to draft, review, and negotiate contracts. You will also identify and advise on legal and business risks in contracts, providing strategic guidance to ensure our success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drafting, reviewing, and revising procurement agreements
  • Negotiating complex contracts with suppliers
  • Providing strategic advice on contract provisions and risk management
  • Collaborating with multi-functional teams to drive business objectives

Requirements:
This role requires a JD degree from an accredited law school and a minimum of 8 years of experience as legal counsel within a corporate legal department or a quality law firm focused on procurement agreements. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, top-notch analytical skills, and the ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
