At Insight Global, we are seeking an experienced Senior Enterprise Application Development Program Manager to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to lead complex application development projects in a large financial client.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing application development projects and will be responsible for coordinating with business stakeholders and vendor/bank technology resources to deliver work on established timelines.

This role requires strong coordination and facilitation skills, as well as attention to detail. The successful candidate will be able to work with minimal direction, understand objectives and priorities, and drive execution of deliverables across a matrixed team of resources.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Determine and define project scope/objectives and track project costs
  • Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
  • Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
  • Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables
  • Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution

We estimate the salary for this position to be around $125,000 per year, based on industry standards and the required qualifications.

A successful candidate will have a strong understanding of bank risk and compliance standards and processes, as well as experience working in an Agile development environment with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and DevOps.
