Senior Healthcare Architect for Innovative Projects

We are a nationally recognized Design Professional Corporation focusing on four key service offerings: Buildings, Energy, Infrastructure, and Environmental. Our company is looking for a senior healthcare licensed architect to join and build our VA team.
The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in Architecture, with proficiency in Revit essential. They should be capable of collaborating effectively within a team, possessing strong planning and organizational abilities, as well as effective communication skills both written and verbal.
A bachelor's or master's degree in Architecture is required, along with an architecture license highly preferred. The salary for this position is estimated to be $130,000 - $160,000 per year, making it an attractive opportunity for those seeking a challenging role with a competitive compensation package.
As a senior healthcare licensed architect, you will be responsible for preparing and revising architectural documents, integrating solutions for Integrated Sustainable Design into projects, and aiding in outlining project scope, plans, and services throughout the contract process.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and revising architectural documents, including elevations, sections, and details, using Building Information Modeling (BIM) under the guidance of others.
- Integrating solutions for Integrated Sustainable Design into projects.
- Aiding in outlining project scope, plans, and services throughout the contract process.
- Translating planning concepts into clear terms for clients, designers, and project team members.
- Developing a thorough understanding of clients' program requirements, as well as standards and policies for project completion.
- Creating both 2D and 3D presentation/design drawings.
- Conducting product research and supporting Project Designers and Project Architects in selecting materials and researching systems.
