CSBio is a leading contract manufacturing organization specializing in peptide production. We are seeking a highly skilled Project Management Manager to join our team at our Menlo Park facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project timelines, ensuring manufacturing readiness for new and recurring production.
  • Plan and allocate resources to meet project objectives, collaborating with internal partners to drive continuous improvement.
  • Interface with clients and vendors to provide regular project updates and respond to inquiries.
  • Drive project and goal alignments between departments, identifying and mitigating workflow gaps.
  • Create and maintain project plans, tracking reports, and Key Performance Indicator reports to drive operational excellence.
  • Communicate project progress and escalate issues to Management as needed.
  • Manage, train, and develop staff to ensure team success.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in biotechnology, engineering, or related scientific discipline with 5-8 years of relevant experience, or Master's degree with 3+ years of relevant experience.
  • 3+ years of project management and technical experience in production or Contract Manufacturing Organization development of pharmaceutical products.
  • Excellent communication skills, self-motivated to learn and problem solve.
  • Strong GMP knowledge and in-depth understanding of ICH and FDA regulations preferred.
  • Able to work effectively in a cross-functional team within a fast-paced environment.
