  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of the Back of House team, ensuring efficient and effective execution of our menu and services.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a strong work ethic, and promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and execution of our services.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations, providing constructive feedback and coaching to team members.
  • Identify and address any operational issues, implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other external partners.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements, applying this knowledge to drive business growth and improvement.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a supervisory or management role in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving business growth.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address operational issues.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality, business, or related field preferred.
