As an Accounts Receivable Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our accounts receivable department, including establishing and maintaining operating procedures and processes, aligning resources to meet business requirements, and working closely with customers to understand their needs and provide mutually beneficial solutions.
Your Responsibilities:
- Oversee all accounts receivable operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
- Develop and implement effective operating procedures and processes to maximize productivity and minimize re-work.
- Align resources to meet business requirements, ensuring that our financial operations are aligned with our business goals.
- Work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide mutually beneficial solutions, ensuring that our customers receive excellent service and support.
- Identify and implement process improvements to maximize productivity and minimize re-work.
- Lead a team of financial operations professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure that our financial operations are running smoothly and efficiently.
- Communicate and coordinate with department and company managers and officials, clients and customers to ensure that our financial operations are aligned with our business goals.
- Ensure that company policies and procedures are being adhered to as they pertain to financial operations.
- Other duties as required.
- Regular attendance and punctuality are essential functions for the role.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field from an accredited college or university.
- Five (5) years accounts receivable experience.
- Three (3) years supervisory experience.
- Process orientation, analytical thinking ability, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Must have a strong work ethic and be detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Demonstrated knowledge of computer systems, including Microsoft Office Word and Excel.
- Ability to work well under pressure and to work within short deadlines.
- Proven critical thinking, complex problem-solving, judgment, and decision-making ability.
- Ability to work independently and be self-driven, with ability to identify, plan, and prioritize business opportunities.
What We Offer:
As a full-time exempt associate, you will be eligible for comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) with company match. You will also be eligible for time off benefits, paid holidays, and occasional travel to attend training and company functions.
Compensation: $70,000-$80,000
