Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Senior E-Commerce Channel Growth Expert to spearhead our online sales growth initiatives across all channels. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of driving e-commerce growth and a passion for staying ahead of industry trends.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Growth Strategies: Create and implement comprehensive e-commerce growth plans to achieve and exceed business objectives.
  • Optimize Online Presence: Manage and enhance online product listings to ensure optimal SEO, compelling content, competitive pricing, and a seamless user experience.
  • Performance Analysis and Optimization: Analyze performance data, identify trends, and implement data-driven strategies to continually optimize results.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with marketing, customer service, product development, and other teams to ensure seamless execution of growth initiatives.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Build and maintain strong relationships with platform partners and vendors to enhance growth opportunities.
  • Industry Leadership: Stay ahead of industry trends, monitor competitor activity, and leverage emerging technologies to drive innovation.
  • Sales Targets and Metrics: Establish and meet or exceed ambitious sales targets and performance metrics.
Requirements
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in e-commerce management with a proven track record of driving significant online sales growth.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Marketplace Expertise: Deep knowledge of launching and expanding across ecommerce marketplaces like Amazon, Target, Walmart, Meta, Instagram, TikTok, BigCommerce, etc.
  • Business Intelligence: Experience creating, managing, and driving decisions using multiple sources of data and analytics as well as business intelligence tools like PowerBI.
  • Leadership Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills as well as the ability to champion data-driven decision making across the company.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in e-commerce or digital marketing are a plus.
