Job Title: Resident Monitor I

Pioneer Human Services is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Resident Monitor I to join our team. As a Resident Monitor I, you will play a vital role in guiding and supporting residents in their transition back into community life.

Job Summary:

The Resident Monitor I is responsible for ensuring program and facility safety, monitoring resident movement, verifying resident employment, and supporting structured cognitive and behavioral-based programming designed to promote risk reduction and successful community reintegration.

Responsibilities:
  • Guide and support residents in their transition back into community life
  • Ensure program and facility safety
  • Monitor resident movement
  • Verify resident employment
  • Support structured cognitive and behavioral-based programming
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Ability to pass and maintain security clearances as required by the Federal Bureau of Prisons (FBOP)
  • CPR, First Aid, and Food Handler certifications within two weeks of hire and maintain throughout employment
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, and Internet browser navigation
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Associate's Degree in criminal justice, social services, or related field
  • 6 months of experience working in the human services, criminal justice, and/or correctional system(s) including internships and/or volunteer placements
