Core Responsibilities

Warehouse Operations
  • Manage daily processing of returned IT equipment, including scanning, unboxing, and sorting for disposal or retention.
  • Assist in the removal of hard drives from returned devices and accurately record asset and serial information.
  • Prepare returned equipment for either destruction or resale.

Receiving Operations
  • Utilize pallet jacks and forklifts to load and unload shipments.
  • Verify incoming shipment counts against packing slips and purchase orders.
  • Input received items into the LabCorp ERP system.
  • Label pallets and boxes with the correct item numbers and descriptions.
  • Organize incoming inventory in designated storage locations.

Shipping Operations
  • Utilize scanning technology to pick and complete orders.
  • Package orders for shipment efficiently.
  • Coordinate shipping through FedEx and UPS.
  • Replenish stock from overstock locations as necessary.
