Job Summary

At Hyatt Centric Times Square New York, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Assistant Operations Manager - Front Office to join our team. As a key member of our front office staff, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the front office, including cash control, staffing needs, and guest services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and train front office staff to ensure exceptional guest service and high-quality performance.
  • Manage cash control and ensure accurate and efficient handling of cash and credit transactions.
  • Coordinate staffing needs and schedules to meet the demands of the front office.
  • Provide exceptional guest services and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest experiences.

Requirements
  • Minimum of one year previous front office supervisory experience preferred.
  • Refined verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Previous union experience preferred.
  • Able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
