Key Responsibilities
  • Departmental Leadership: Provide strategic direction and leadership to the Installation Department, ensuring the successful completion of installation projects.

  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Engineering, and Service, to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance installation efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of five years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience: Proven experience in installation management, with a strong background in project management, team leadership, and customer service.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and business acumen, with excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills. Ability to read renderings and prints, and intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Certifications: Applicable licenses and certifications, such as refrigeration certificates, contractors licenses, and construction management certifications.
