Job Title: Front Office Manager

Marriott Vacations Worldwide is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Manager to join our team. As a key member of our hotel operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of the front office, ensuring exceptional guest service, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and supervise the front office team, including Guest Services and Shuttle Drivers
  • Monitor and maintain property management systems, inventory, and operations
  • Edit and prepare payroll for department associates
  • Ensure adherence to property and company policies and procedures
  • Develop and implement long-term guest service goals and training plans
  • Serve as the Social Media Champion for the property
  • Schedule all associates covered by the front office and manage the Manager on Duty schedule
  • Review Night Audit work and ensure City Ledger billing is accurate and current
  • Lead by example and manage by walking around, pointing out areas for improvement
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent work experience
  • Five or more years of experience in hospitality management/supervisory level
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
  • Computer experience and knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • FOSSE experience is a plus
