Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Hotel Front Desk Agent to join our team at the Holiday Inn Express in Tempe, AZ. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, managing room inventory, and ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience for our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional guest service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage room inventory, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is available to guests and staff.
- Process guest check-ins and check-outs, handling payments and resolving any discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences, including housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management, including but not limited to, running reports, processing guest requests, and maintaining accurate records.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous guest service experience desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software programs, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to lift 35 pounds and stand for extended periods.
