Special Projects Coordinator

The SUNY Brockport EOC (REOC) is seeking a highly skilled Special Projects Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders, including REOC faculty and staff, students, SUNY Brockport Downtown, and the community at-large.
Key Responsibilities- Provide support in scheduling in-house and community events that utilize the Multipurpose Room.
- Facilitate the purchase of textbooks, student uniforms, and classroom materials and distribute them in a timely manner to ensure student success.
- Identify projects and oversee their inception through completion to enhance REOC's growth and innovation.
- Bachelor's degree from a college or university accredited by a U.S. Department of Education or internationally recognized accrediting organization.
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.
- Commitment to fostering collaboration and optimizing resource allocation.
- Experience in a multicultural environment.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (e.g., Word, Excel).
- Experience working in Higher Education.
- Experience in event planning and project management.
Monday - Friday, 8am - 4pm, some nights and weekends.
Salary and BenefitsThe minimum salary for this position is $51,296. This position is benefits eligible.
