Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Healthcare Reimbursement Specialist to join our team at Randstad US. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing healthcare information and medical claims processing, as well as providing financial guidance to patients, their families, and third-party representatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform healthcare information and medical claims processing
  • Provide financial guidance regarding hospital, HMO, and clinical services
  • Contact insurance companies to verify eligibility coverage for drug benefits
  • Function as a liaison between special drug program patients and their insurance companies
Requirements
  • Must have insurance and prior authorization experience
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • Must have 2+ years of experience in a healthcare setting
  • Excellent data entry skills
  • 1+ years experience working with healthcare insurance
  • 1+ years experience in patient-facing role/patient care
  • Highly detail-oriented
  • Excellent customer service and support
