Responsibilities
  • Deliver professional nursing care to patients in their homes or alternate-site settings.
  • Work collaboratively with healthcare teams, physicians, and administrators to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Assess and develop individualized care plans for patients.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families.
Requirements
  • A minimum of two years of med-surgical, critical care, or home health/hospice/infusion experience.
  • Valid driver's license and current automobile insurance coverage.
  • Prior experience in Home Health, Hospice, or Infusion preferred.
Estimated Salary Range

$85,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
