We are seeking a highly skilled Care Team Coordinator to join our Multiple Myeloma team at Dukehealth.

As a key member of our care team, you will provide exceptional patient care services, collaborating closely with supervising physicians, APP colleagues, and team members to deliver high-quality patient outcomes.

This role requires strong analytical thinking skills, with the ability to investigate and diagnose complex patient conditions. You will be responsible for promoting and maintaining high standards of patient care throughout the continuum of cancer diagnosis.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement effective treatment plans, incorporating critical thinking and high-level clinical judgment.
  • Elicit detailed patient histories, perform thorough physical examinations, and order diagnostic imaging tests as necessary.
  • Collaborate with supervising physicians, APP colleagues, and team members to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
  • Document patient progress, maintaining accurate and detailed health records.
  • Participate in clinical research projects, documenting toxicities and data collection.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team-oriented clinic.
  • Willingness to be flexible and available to support the team.
  • Analytical thinking skills with curiosity and ability to investigate and diagnose complex patient conditions.

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $160,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
